Job Description
We are seeking a skilled, hands-on RF Integrator / Practical Engineer to join our development team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the bench, working on a state-of-the-art system spanning RF and cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities:

Join a multidisciplinary engineering team developing a complex RF and cyber system, from RF front end through DSP to system control.

Serve as the team's lab integrator: bring up RF components, circuits, and subsystems on the bench, integrate them into larger assemblies, and troubleshoot down to root cause.

Perform hands-on validation and testing using standard lab equipment (VNA, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, oscilloscope).

Support SDR-based signal processing and development, including IQ capture and analysis.

Provide hands-on engineering input that shapes design decisions.

Conduct field trials and customer-facing technical activities as needed.
Requirements

Practical Engineer diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a related field — or currently studying toward a B.Sc. in EE (3rd–4th year).

At least 2 years of hands-on RF lab, integration, or test experience (or equivalent lab experience for students), with working knowledge of standard lab equipment (VNA, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, oscilloscope).

Strong fault-isolation and troubleshooting skills — able to diagnose and resolve issues independently.

Practical, detail-oriented approach.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Eligible for security clearance.
Advantages:
